The mission of Life Choices Maternity & Youth Home is to prepare pregnant and other at-risk teen girls to become self-sufficient and valued community members.

View Current Needs Life Choices is a state licensed residential facility providing 24/7 care and support services to adolescents and young adults age 13-21. We have historically operated two programs, Teen Mom and Baby (pregnant or parenting) and an Semi-Independent Living program for young ladies 13-21.
As of 12/31/21 Life Choices Maternity and Youth Home has suspended the provision of residential services to re-evaluate how our agency might best serve children and youth as well as the community at large.
Our steadfast commitment to the sanctity of life is the pillar value that our agency was founded upon, and will not be compromised.
Life Choices Board of Directors and Leadership are refocusing on a strategic planning process and we will provide updates to that process and any relevant news on this site.

We believe that new and expectant teen mothers and other young girls have a right to live with dignity in a safe and loving environment.
Young mothers and other teens experiencing life changes need the special care and support provided by a faith-based residential shelter.

We believe that young women and teens choosing to carry their babies to term should be supported in that decision and given the support and skills necessary to live a good life. Our commitment to serving young women and teens comes from our faith-based ministry to serve those in need. We acknowledge every life as a gift to be cherished and protected. We believe that successful outcomes can best be achieved by addressing the total needs of the individual, including physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. We are committed to providing a nurturing and loving environment for all young women and teens residing at our shelter.
